Why is the Ultra Plan a Monthly Subscription?
Companies that are spending at least $20,000 or more per month are going to need a TON of creatives. With that capital, ads can be tested very fast and you can easily find winners. Part of marketing is continual testing and being able to progressively test more and more to get better. Ads don't last forever and will eventually start to deflate. This means you might need potentially more than 5-10 creatives a month. In this plan, we also work even MORE closely with you on perfecting the structure of your funnel to be a driver for revenue.
Why should we use Ghost Creatives? What makes you different?
We make our creatives with your marketing plan in mind. Most creative companies want to hire out designs to other freelancers and just make something that looks pretty to the eye. But do they actually know what is going to work on the marketing platform? Most likely not. We work closely with you to define your goals and take you to the next level.
What is an Account Manager?
An Account Manager is someone who talks, reports, plans, and converses with you on your creative needs. Rather than just use some flimsy software with almost always no one at the other end, we trust people to get the job done better. Your Account Manager is there for you to take requests on jobs, keep you up to date on projects, or answer questions. Part of their job is also keeping up to date with you on how well your funnel is doing and how ads are performing. This allows us to get better, understand your funnel, and be able to make creatives that follow your journey as a growing business.
*Why can I only do 2-3 projects at a time with the subscription?
We have very specific systems to ensure you get the best possible ads for your funnel. When designers are working on a project, they are typically in a "state of mind" for that particular design. Therefore, to ensure the highest possible quality and to keep from overloading, this structure works best.
What if I need more than 2-3 projects?
You can order as many projects at a time as you like, but they will be done in order unless specified otherwise. We will have our team working on 2-3 projects at once depending on the complexity. Do you only use stock images and videos?
While stock images and videos have there place, we want to use as much of your video and images as possible so that we can keep a consistent voice/look around your brand.
Is video production included?
No. While we can do this, it is an entirely separate service as it requires a different framework and team than design.
Do you set up the ads in the account for me?
No. We are connected to a marketing agency that would be happy to run your campaigns, but we specifically take care of creatives. That being said, we will help you as much as we can.
